Help Pls! I badly need to install audio on my computer but still no luck until now. Thanks in advance.

I have a japanese pc and changed it to english os. I used a program to detect the right drivers and installed it on my computer. I also checked device manager to see if the drivers are correctly installed. All seemed to be working fine aside from the audio. I also went to the customer support of NEC but unfortunately i cannot read japanese. Pls help me find the right drivers for my computer especially the audio. I would really appreciate all the help i could get! Thanks in advance!
