That is up until the last Windows 10 updates. Ever since then I can scan a document on my Dell V305 printer/scanner but I cannot convert it to a PDF. I get a message 'OCR Program Missing - an image-to-text(OCR) application is provided fro you on your CD in the OCR folder. Select OK to cancel this operation - Install your OCR software - Try you operation again'. This message is coming from the Dell V305 scanner software that was supplied with the printer/scanner and had been working perfectly until this last upgrade of Windows 10.
The Dell software has not been changed since I upgraded to Windows 10. It was working perfectly up until this last update of Windows 10.
What has changed to cause my Dell V305 printer/scanner to not be able to link to the OCR software that it has been using for some time now?
What can I do to get my Dell V305 printer/scanner to link to the OCR software that it use to link to?
